The following is the suggested maintenance routine for Stabilvac 1500 or Stabilvac 3600:

at 4500 hours or 1 years

After the first 4500 hours of operation (milking + washing) or, in any case, after the 1st working year, it is needed to change the filters using the service kit S003.

at 9000 hours or 2 years

After the first 9000 hours of operation (milking + washing) or, in any case, after the first 2 working years, the service kits to use are S001 or S002 (depending on the Stabilvac, 1500 or 3600). These kits include again the same filters of S003.

Since service kits S001 and S002 include also the filters of S003, each maintenance will alternate between S003 (with filters only) and S001 / S002 (complete kits).

This is how a maintenance cycle looks like:

2nd year / 9000 hours   ► S001 or S002
3rd year  / 13500 hours ► S003
4th year  / 1800 hours   ► S001 or S002
...
